I had a tendon repair in my ring finger, and i'm in my 1 month and 21 days since surgery. The therapist says i can flex my muscle to pull the tendon through as hard as i want.. I don't trust her.. I work out for a living so i'm a little bigger than the average person and i know i have power in my arm.. i don't wanna rip the tendon, you think i should trust her?

In other words like everyone else, you are scared! Well at some point you are going to have to trust someone, otherwise loose the finger, the choice is yours.

If you don't trust your physical therapist, why would you trust me...someone you don't even know? I might not know the first thing about tendon repair, but your are willing to take my word for it over the therapist. How strange.
