Jordan. Source: The World Factbook (CIA Website) or any reputable book on Middle Eastern history and the British Mandate. However, the Factbook does not mention the percentage given to the Hashemite King. An example of a reputable book is Mark Tessler's "A History of the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict."

PS: The British partitioned Palestine into Palestine and trans-Jordan (Jordan) in 1922.
