No, tweezing is the best way to go with this. Having thick eyebrow hairs is actually a good thing, strong brows give a very classic beautiful look to any woman. You should be glad, but it won't hurt to have them shaped and groomed. Any good hair salon will offer this service, just make sure not to take off too much.

For darker eyebrows, it's always better to go to a salon first. Ask them to help you shape them up and then help you with a guide for next time. Plucking from the top can only worsen them and make them look uneven. Start by only plucking the stray hairs. Another thing that I feel helps a lot is having a trusted friend do it for you so you don't go plucking happy and just pluck, pluck, and pluck. Do it in front of a mirror so you can keep checking yourself too. Eyebrow pencil can fix a lot of mistakes too. So don't be afraid to try plucking or waxing. Just remember to keep your natural arc and don't try and make a new one. I hope I helped! Happy Holidays :]]

You could try selective plucking or trimming. There is nothing you can do for such coarse hair. My eyebrows are like stiff wires. I keep them trimmed short and it helps.

Also, I color them with Just for Men for mustaches. It's thick so it does not drip and it colors in 5 minutes. You could try that if you want to lighten them.

You can go to a nail shop and or hairdressers and ask them to trim your eyebrows. Waxing is what women too, but you probably don't want them too thin, because they'll grow back quickly.

getting your eyebrows threaded instead of tweezing or waxing tends to thin out the hairs.. already wrote about it somewhere else, click the link. Good luck

I don't believe there is any way to thin them but, you can apply some deep conditioning treatment to them to soften them so they won't be coarse. Try the 3 minute miracle from Aussie. Apply it to both brows(careful of your eyes) and let it sit for the three minutes, then rinse with warm water. They should be nice and soft. Then comb them up with a finetooth eybrow comb and take a small pair of scissors and very carefully trim them along the top browline following their shape. This will reduce them in length so they don't seem so overpowering and also pluck out the ones that are strays at both ends of them. This should make them a bit smaller and softer and will look and feel much better. Good luck to you.

A professional beauty operator know how to thin out eye brows. Give it a try. Also ask them any kind of question as to what kind of shampoo to use. They have the answers. Good luck and God Bless You.
