If you want to get her a gift buy some nice candles or tins of hot chocolate and cookies.....it is the thought that counts and I'm sure she will appreciate it even if she doesn't celebrate Christmas. Just wish her a Happy Holiday...she shouldn't take any sort of offense to your good intentions.

i think u better establish first what she wants or needs... and if u can't.. the best and safest gift is something that can be used inside the house (any house decor) or something that can be used in the kitchen or something that can be used in an office.. and since her home is her office than i supposed there are desk.. so maybe a desk tag thats says... "Manager"..

Traditionally, one does not give gifts to one's superiors at work.

Gifting is usually down and across, not up.

If she doesn't give you a gift, don't give one to her otherwise she might feel obligated to give you one too.
