This sounds like a no-brainer, but make sure you use the bathroom before the actual test. That way you know for sure that you won't be doing the test on a full bladder. Before the exam, picture yourself being relaxed and doing well on it..especially if you really put in the effort with your studying. If you're taking the test in the room where you usually have class, try to sit in the same seat where you normally sit, just so that you have some familiarity, which may help your memory. If this isn't possible, then try to sit in the same general area.
Before the actual test, take a moment to breathe and focus on pacing yourself through the exam. Go about the exam at your own speed, within the time limit that is allowed. Also, give yourself small breaks during the exam..take a sip of water..give yourself a minute to focus on your breathing...anything to help with your nerves. This will help with regathering your focus and getting you through the rest of the exam. Plus, it gives your body a chance to recuperate for a minute or two, especially if you're doing a lot of writing.
The night before the exam, make sure you get enough sleep, and try to have a healthy meal. Cut out the caffiene and extra sugar if you're prone to the jitters as the last thing you need is sugar/caffiene rush on top of the nerves.
Good luck!

Relax. take a few deep breaths. Try using the restroom before going to take the final. Remember that you will do amazing on the test and just have to make sure you are calm. You might want to try drumming your toes inside your shoe...that might help you concentrate on your rhythm instead of using the restroom.

Do not drink fluids after midnight. Avoid caffeine and yes that means coffee the morning of the test. Tuck tissue in your panties or wear an adult diaper or Pampers if you like. Whichever floats your boat.
