what does a tornado chasing me means? I've been having these dreams ever since a little girl. A tornado chasing me. Its not that simple though. I always feel like it wants me! I go one way, it goes that way, i go the other way... it goes that other way! and as the dream goes the tornado increases from level 1 to a level 5!... and Im always trying to save somebody, but in this last dream of the tornado chase, I went over to one of my home towns in mexico and everything was destroyed as in an atomic bomb hit it. Very dark and fires everywhere... It was shoking... then a tornado kills my mood and so i run for it!........stupid tornados. so yeah.. what does that mean???????

Hi Azumi,

Let's see what you've got......

A tornado is in essence the navigator's word for violent windy thunderstorm..........

With that in mind, it is not an internal issue... it is one that approaches from an outside source.

Your dreams seem to elude to a reocurring ideal.... meaning that something keeps coming to mind about an issue you have yet to resolve.....

As this is something that has been going on since you were a child, it is something that has haunted you an aweful lot......

This symbolic colum of wind is turmoil in your life.....

Dreaming About A Tornado

Well, I don't have an answer, but I just had to tell you that I've had the same thing since I was a small child. Strange, because at that age the only exposure I had to a tornado was on the Wizard of OZ. Well, I hope someone has an opinion of what this might mean...especially when it starts so early in life. I don't have them anymore, but I've seen a few real tornadoes by now, so maybe that took away the mystery.

I think it is a good time to look into dream programming so you can get this off your mind and really look forward to having good dreams.
Over the next few days, make a list of places where you have the most vivid waking memory of all those places sights, sounds, textures and even smells. When I dream program, I envision a beach tree by a pond I was very fond of. I can recall the texture of the tree and the grass growing between it and the pond. As I fall asleep, I think about how the sunlight on the mossy ground produced aromas that were warm and relaxing.
I have a friend who dream programs that he flies about his neighborhood and examines trees and landscaping in areas he is familiar with while awake.
So make your list and as you fall asleep over the next months, switch environments until you are comfortable with one that you might explore in sleep.
You might find books that describe setting several clocks to awaken you at intervals that might encourage rem sleep. I think you might just as well try without them just for sake of simplicity.
