He is 18yrs old Senior in highschool. He is in love with my 14 yr old neighbor who is a freshman in highschool. He wants me to 'let me let him kiss her'. He txt msgs her and ends them with I LOVE YOU. He picks her up and messes with her. He flirts and says that he will kiss her the next time he sees her.

She DOES NOT like him back. She is really creeped out. She does not love him at all.
The very DAY he met her he was in 'love'. They better not get married. I won't let him make a stupid mistake.
My older brother (3 or 4 yrs older than him) and I talked about it. He knows our cousin better than I do. His few choice worse were:
he just wants affection
lame
what a dork
yeah he thinks hes a ladies man

This isn't a question of being a pervert or immature... IT'S ILLEGAL! If he's 18 and she is 14, that will equal jail time. Your cousin could be the nicest guy in the world, and have the best of intentions and really be in love.... however, the law will not see it that way. You should warn him to back off and avoid the unnecessary pain that will come his way if someone decides to press charges. You could possibly be at fault to if it is proven that you knew about him messing around with her. If it's really love... he can wait until she turns 18.

Sounds like he is a Pervert to me. He needs to stay away from the 14 year old. Doesnt he know that he will go to jail for that? And he may be ur cousin but u need 2 stay away from him or he may end up gettin u into some kind of trouble that u dont need.

What do you mean, "messes" with her? His behavior sounds somewhat odd, to say the least.
He is quite a bit older than she: 18-14. Has he ever shown interest in much younger girls than himself before?
Have you talked with his parents? How is it that you can give permission for him to kiss your neighbors daughter?
I think you are either omitting some essential info., or "making a mountain out of a molehill".
Or, its just a "lark" on his part. Don't know what to tell you.

i know you must be saying...WHAT THE HECK?? in your mind right now, but you've got to understand that if he's going through all this trouble, he must really like her! it's hard for you to understand, but a few years shouldn't stand in the way if two people love eachother...except if the girl's parents mind!
it's not that big of a deal. if you think about it more and it still bothers you, talk to your cousin. tell him that you feel uncomfortable and that you would like it if he lays off for a while. it's all blowover soon!
he's not a pervert. don't worry!!
good luck!!

From what you have said he's immature. He needs to be carefull of what he's doing, because he is now at the age where he can be tried as an adult with rape.

I vote that he's probably a perv. If you keep associating with him when he hangs around with the little girl next door, from your neighbor's point of view, you will be indicted when he is.

he is looking for a prison term if he messes around and is reported and should be as that is jail bait and he is an 18 year old adult.

I'd say he's just a couple of steps away from getting in serious trouble. Where are this girl's parents and why aren't they setting him straight--on his a** that is!!

It's called child rape and it's a crime. He needs to wait for her at least for four more years or he'll be doing a minimum of four years in state prison.
