I'm in a strange time in my life when I don't want to take any unnecessary chances. I'm transferring to a university in the fall from a community college. I am starting my life over. I haven't been involved with a man in a while now, and I get horny but try to deal with it. THEN I was out having dinner and a man approached me. Right away : deep eye contact, telling me how good I look, wanting my phone number. I am steaming for him BUT he also tells me that he's got a suspended license, he's suing the government for something(he didn't want to say.), and he's working as a construction worker. I've never been a snob about status, but I'm finding it hard to jump into this fling with him even though apart of me wants to so much. What should I do? It seems that I am going up and this guy is going down. Should I follow my head or something else?

I wouldn't do it girl... I've done it and always regretted dating the bad boy b/c he's like a drug- I always want more. The best thing to do is just say no now. It's so much easier than after you're hooked and dealing with your head saying no and your heart (or hormones) saying yes... argh
