I am a happily married (15yrs) man. My wife and I have 4 kids. I can't really ask my friends this because they will think I am weird. How long after making love do you usually wait before putting some PJ's or whatever you normally sleep in back on? When you catch your breath? After some snuggle time? In the morning? When you wake up later to use the facitlities? (not looking for numbers, just logistical ideas).

Neither hubby or I wear anything to sleep in.

As far as I can remember my dad only wore PJ bottoms and my mum nothing at all. It's pretty hard to grow up with any hangups over the naked body, with two sibblings, when your house has a unlockable sliding bathroom door and your parents never made an issue about skin. I hope to bring up my son like that.

A little after most of the time, we have young children that come in at night so hubby puts on boxers and I put pjs back on after. When the kids were really little we didn't bother because they wouldn't be coming in the room, just put a robe on when they woke up.

Usually in the morning. When the kids were babies and I had to get up with them it would be right away. When they were toddlers their doors were shut so they could not get out so it did not matter. They have been taught not to open closed doors without knocking and waiting for a response since they could understand.

Stay naked. My husband goes to the bathroom to wash up and then brings me back a wet towel to clean up with. Then snuggle til we fall asleep. As for having kids, doesn't matter, you do have sheets or blankets to cover yourself with. As the kids get older they are taught to knock before entering anyway.

JP--- I don't see the need in getting up right away to clean. Even if you shower immediately afterwards when you get up in the morning the semen is still there and coming out (sorry to be so descriptive) so you would need another shower. I gave you a thumbs up!

Yes I dont have a child YET! Im 22 weeks pregnant! yay! Anyway that is a good question I also find it nasty to just sleep that way like people do in movies ugh! Me and my husband do everything together I mean its not sexual most of the time but we shower EVERY shower together once a day and sometimes twice if we have sex we always lay there a minute then get up and take a shower.

My husband and I wash up a bit right after but we don't wear anything in bed so we don't get dressed. But if I do wear anything, like if I am on my period and need to wear undies, I put it on then.

We also don't plan on wearing clothes when we have kids, it's nothing to be ashamed of and they will be taught to knock anyway.

You sleep in jammies? I either get up to pee, talk to him some, or cover myself with the blanket and rack out. If its during the day, I lay there until he forces me to get up (lazy girly). I have 3 kids and they were taught to knock. We usually put on a video for them 2 floors below us if we are "playing" during the daytime.

I usually pass out naked.

Whats so gross about that? Were in love, things like that should not matter.

HOPPY - yes thats what we do too. I thought I would just spare them the details. lol

BTW I have no kids. Things might be different if we did.

well, i am newly married, with no kids, my hubby and i usually wait until the morning to put our daily clothes back on, but with kids, this might be looked at differently seeing as though you could get walked in on.
So, looking at it from this perspective, i'd probably wait until after a very short snuggle session, just lasting long enough to catch your breath plus a little extra time.
