Take that chair in front of the computer and toss it.
Take your TV and toss it.
Make a list of the things you want to get done or accomplish.
Every time you think to yourself either "I wish my computer had a chair" or "I wish I could watch TV" Do something on the list.

Consult a nutritionist and change your diet, exercise regularly or join the military if you can't help yourself do such, join martial arts it will help you focus, built your confidence, and force you to exercise. Good luck. p.s. move to a communist nation where they will kill you for being lazy...that could help too. Death is always good motivation.
