So am I the only person in the world that is 20(well I am almost 20) and has never been on a date or had a girlfriend?, all I have done is kiss. Who else out there is 20 and older, whether you are a boy or girl, that has never dated and had a boyfriend/girlfriend and still a virgin?, because I feel so alone, it's very depressing and frustrating. I feel more sad, frustrated, and depressed about the fact that I have not had a girlfriend or been on a date rather than have had sex, because plenty of people have not had sex before but still have dated/had boyfriends/girlfriends, because there are people out there who do not believe in pre-marital sex, but never having a boyfriend/girlfriend, thats a different story. I refuse to have sex with a prostitute or hooker, they don't count for me. I am afraid to ask a girl out because I'm afraid she will say no, also I don't know when is the right time to ask her out. So who else out there is 20 or older and has never had a boyfriend/girlfriend?

Don't see it as a downfall. See it as an opportunity to do something that most of us struggle to do in our lives because we actually engage in intimate relationships at such a young age. That's to MAKE SOMETHING OF YOURSELF!
I'm not going to tell you that "there is someone special out there for you." because that is not my call to make. You might have not have had an intimate relationship (intimate in or not in the sexual nature) but that also keeps you from the pain's and struggles that come with HAVING such a relationship, not to forget maybe changing diapers at such a young age if something or someone slipped up.
I personally applaud you for such an action!
Things happen when they happen, don't push yourself too much too fast, you might actually regret it in the end.

I have a friend who is older and has never had a girlfriend. If it isn't a personal choice, you might want to see if you are maybe creating excuses on why you don't like some people who like you. My friend always finds something wrong with the girls he might have a chance with, even if they seem perfect for him. I don't know you, but talk to your friends to see if you might be doing something subconsciously that you don't know about.
Also, don't be afraid of asking a girl out. The worst thing she can do is say no, and then you can walk away. No one will hold it against you as long as you are not rude or mean.
Good luck, and be patient. Some people are ready later than others.

I'm the first of EVERYTHING my fiance has ever had. First hug by a female not in the family, first kiss...everything! I mean, he weighs about 360ish, but he is a good looking big guy. When we started going out when he was almost 21 and he told me this, i was shocked! I also have a lot of guy friends that are good looking guys in their 20's, with a good outlook on life, goals, and good attitudes about things, and a lot of them haven't had girlfriends yet. One in particular doesn't want one until he's graduated college. It's not weird, it just happens. Some guys are late bloomers, for others it's a personal choice. just keep your head up and it'll happen for you!

I'd bet the primary reason you've never had a girlfriend is because you're not dating enough girls. How do you meet more girls? Do what I did - I used the Internet. In fact, I've found the best website BY FAR. It's called hotornot.com. They don't charge you anything to sign up. If you see some people on there that you like and they want to meet you too, you can pay the fee (which is REALLY small at only 6 bucks) to talk to them and arrange something.

Well you just have to learn to pursue girls like how you pursue your dreams. You never get anything you want if you don't take chances. My suggestion for you to ask girls out is always start off being friendly with them and then ask them to hangout with you for lunch or coffee. Things will slowly take its course from there and you will know when to pick things up once you see how things go. Remember, many girls are just as anxious to get a bf, but they're too shy to make the moves on the guys or they just believe that it's what the guy is suppose to do. Good luck!

okay i thought i felt bad at 14 for not having a dude and not kissing anyone, but be that as it may, find a girl you like and just ask her many girls don't want to do the asking (i know from experience) be sweet and don't pressure her give her sweet little hints before you ask her out and focus on her when you're hanging out. you can do it! if she doesn't say yes move on and start looking for another the only way you'll get love is to chase after it! make yourself available and be personable! and cheer up don't be depressed! :-) and btw wait for marriage!!!!!!

Are you one of those guys that hang out with a lot of guys and hardly any girls?
Maybe you never knew a girl well enough. You should take the initiative to talk to girls in school or work. You relationship doesn't need to start off romantic. Just make friends 1st, then ask her out.

Seeing as there are an awful lot of these same exact questions every day, you're obviously not the only one.
You really need to make a life decision here...ask yourself, what is going to change my life for the better? Being shy and frustrated and feeling sorry for myself...OR...actually trying to make a change for the better and going out and actually putting yourself out there. So what if she says no...who cares, it wasn't meant to be.

You're not the only person out there. Trust me on that. You should just take your time, and find a girl you connect with! Friendship is the best foundation for any relationship.
Cheers

yes you are the only one - are you still living with mom and dad? some one once said you when asking a girl out you should expect 10 no's before expecting a yes. stop being afraid of the no's.
