a real gilligans island is basically a long island iced ea but instead of the coke on top, you substitute it with welches grape juice so....
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz tequila
1/2 oz rum
1/2 oz triple sec
splash of sour mix
splash welches grape juice
shake well with ice
pour into glass
mmmmmmm

1/2 oz peach schnapps (1/2 shot or so)
2 oz cranberry juice
2 oz orange juice

Made this up the other night... call it "Taste the Rainbow"
2 parts berry three olives
4 parts lemon lime soda (preferably Sprite)
1 part cranberry juice
Garnish with a lime
Should serve it over ice in a small glass...
