With terrorism become increasingly intense,many countries have the incidents that their people are murdered or kidnapped in foreign country.The safety problem of going abroad become a serious problem.How to protect people who go abroad effectively?

Make sure someone at home has a copy of your travel itinerary. Keep up to date knowledge on what countries are safe to visit (visit goverment websites, read magazines, watch tv, etc). Get travel insurance. If all else fails these people can stay home.
Sometimes your safety comes down to you. You can't always protect people from everything.

Governments must institutionalize for the protection of travellers to avoid being victims of murder or kidnapping such as police visibility in airports and tourist areas.

the US travel site, gives the countries at risk, so one must always check it before traveling, most people go anyway,so? when a country is a high risk? one should not go.
