On a expensive camera, will it delete the pictures after you delete them?

It sounds crazy but usaully the disk on the camera holds a lot of pictures and it said not enough space. THIS IS MY SCHOOLS CAMERA!!! My friends thought it would be funny to take funny and BAD pictures and delete them afterwards. Well now im scared because i have to take it to school tomarrow...if you have no answer tell me wat to say to my teacher when he sees them if they are STILL on the disc. I dont kno much about the camera but here is some stuff it says on it....on the flash thing it says CDmavica, its sony, and on the zoom lens thingy it says Carl Zeiss Vario-Sonnar and by that it says MPEGMOVIE HQX digital still camera MVC-CD-400. So please if you have any questions let me kno. I am very scared about this week and giving him back the camera. HELP, and yes my friends ARE perverted so you can imagine the pictures my teacher could see?

The latent information COULD still be there. It's highly doubtful, though, that he would put the media card through a recovery program without reason. Better to blow off enough shots to fill the card once again, guaranteeing that the camera will re write over the old information.

Every camera has a "delete all" function. Once they are deleted, they will not return. You could also delete them by taking the memory card out and plugging it into a computer with a USB cable and delete them that way.

Turn on the camera. Look for a MENU button on the back. Find delete. It really is that simple. (or search the Sony site web for the manual online)

Find the menu option and scroll to find format. reformat the camera to get rid of the pics you took.

do a format of the card, fire off shots till you fill it up again, then format it again, dont end up the next vanessa huggens
