oh, not only have i experienced hypnotherapy first hand, as a therapist, it is the singular modality that i use to help my clients bring about change since i found its great efficacy!

make sure they have more than 300 hours training as a REAL hypnotherapist NOT just a 15 hour certificate as a hypnotist and have a proven track record.

you dont want just anyone poking and prodding in your subconscious!

when you do find an effective practitioner, it is the BEST kind of therapy to do. ( i have over 20 years experience on both sides of the "couch")

Yes! Hypnotherapy is the most safest way to deal with any kind of stress.

I had neurofeedback and found it very helpful. I have never tried hypnotherapy, but if your health is important to you, anything is worth trying at least once.

I've used a type of self hypnosis to help relax and calm down from a panic attack.
