LoL... why are you asking the men? they're just gonna tell you not to wait.
From a woman's point of view, there isn't a set amount of time that you should wait. When you feel comfortable with a man, and you feel that you have a connection, then go for it.

I am a woman. I would never sleep with someone that I do not care for. In that way. That is something not to be violated. Otherwise what makes me different from anyone else?

In most of the important relationships in my life, it was almost instantaneous. For example, I met my wife for lunch, then she scheduled a weekend trip to the city where I lived. My long live-in relationship before her was with somebody who I slept with on the second date or so.
On the other hand, one of my relationships was with somebody I didn't sleep with until 24 years after I met her in 7th grade.
Just do what seems right and not artificial.
