I want to see my son...HELP ME.?

My son is 8 years old. In 2001, my sons mother decided to up and leave without any notice to me. She didnt leave a # or address to be reached just tried to borrow money from my mother for supposably clothes. There was a visitation order set november of 2001 before she left. That stated I was to see my son every tue. thur & sun. With everyother weekend. We were to meet here in town at the Police Department for exchange. Needless to say she didnt follow through, and I havent seen my son since then until a year ago when she decided to raise childsupport. She did then give me the # and address, but due to paying 600$ a month for him in CS and having 2 other kids, I could not afford to see him because she wanted me to drive there, they live 8 hours away but in the same state. I just recently took her to court to get CS lowered and get visitation and she agreed to everything because she had no choice due to her lawyer not appearing. Now she is taking me bk to court to get it highered

with even less visitation than i wanted shes offering a total of 2 weeks out of the year. I got my lawyer back and we have done some studying, and got some evidence, for court, but, any suggestions on what else can be done. Right now she is in contempt to court, for not obeying the visitation, she also did not complete the parenting class that was rescheduled twice for her benefit therefore the mediator wanted nothing more with her. However, that was again in 2001. She also told me she was raising CS for only childcare and that was to be 400$ a month. I did get proof that they offer after school programs for a total of no more than $150 a month. Therefore, where ever shes gettin this childcare is bogus, and her responsibility. I only want to see my child, and the way she is I'm afraid shes just out for the money and cares nothing for me seeing my son. Any ideas on what will happen at court. There was also another incident with medical, and she wants me to pay 200 a month, when i

have a medical card for my 2 daughters. Therefore thats not reasonable and I know she dont make too much, to get him covered so, I could always get him covered myself. Does anyone have any other ideas or ways I could go about doing things, so that I can get my son? Or atleast get more visitation. I know by law already that she is not to have my son until the parenting classes are completed by her as state by the courts, and i have completed them, but again my son is 8 i havent seen him since he was almost 2. Will the judge see this like we do? Is there a better way to prove her wrongs. My lawyer is great but sometimes i think he overlooks things. please help

Please keep in mind, i did try to find my child, but the courthouse, and SRS would not give me any information. They kept saying they didnt have that information. also, in the recent proposal she sent me it says, that I never tried to change the visitation. That would be here fault since she moved and did not report it.

This can be and probably will be a long frustrating road.But continue to do what you are, obeying the law, pay the child support, and go back to court.
Hopefully with an attorney,but you can go it alone. If your paying child support and it is current, that helps alot.
Make it clear to the Judge, all you wnat to dois to fesiably be able to see your child.
If she moved and was not suppost to, you need to bring that up.As it has now almost assured you not being able to see yor child because of the distance involved.
