This may sound silly but what you're saying is sacred. It is the ability to get food for yourself outside of a system that starves its people. If poor folks were schooled in hunting, many of their food worries would end. They could even hunt as a collective and share the meat.

My guy goes hunting and I adore him for it. I'll be learning soon and on the prowl next deer season. Its wrong to pay someone else to kill your food and should be avoided whenever possible. the meat industry is brutally cruel and emotionally destroys its employees.

Congratulations on getting the rabbits and on being self-sufficient. Every time we beat the system by removing corporate influence every one wins. Even if they're too politically correct to realize it.

Your way is the right way. Peace.

I agree 100%
By the way how did you cook them
I am always looking for new ideas for cooking game.
For rabbits I useaully do a stew to stretch the meat enough for 4 hungy hunters.

I have a number of guns ( shotguns, rifles & pistols & can functionally operate all of them ) plus, several thousand rounds of ammunition & some camp cookware, I am also, armed with the knowledge on how to survive in the wild. I don't plan on going hungry either

As long as I have a gun I'll never go hungry. True. That statement is as true for you as it is for me. I've lived it and I'm sure you have too.

Best.

Give a man a rabbit, and he eats for a day, teach a man to hunt and he will eat for his lifetime.*
