Interesting question. Among other things you would have to be able to prove it was your own picture and that you took it. I'm not sure you couldn't be arrested for some sort of public indecency, since the Internet is at least semi-public.

You COULD get your parents or guardians in a lot of trouble since in theory they are supposed to stop you from certain types of improper behavior. From the tone of your question, you already know it would be wrong to do it. (Otherwise why did you even bother to ask?) Why, then, would you want to do something so wrong that you have misgivings about and have had them for a long time.

Yes, I know you said you haven't done it. But you have thought about it entirely too long.

If you where to distribute your own photo then you would not go to jail, they would more look at having you talk to a psychologist. I would also have to add depending on the photo's weither they fall into the realm of art or pornography. In short your hypothetial question is creepy and scary to think of someone thinking of that.

This type of case would depend on how the individual prosecutor saw the facts. It is likely that someone would face charges if they were the same person posting. Check your states particular laws. The law likely reads "anyone who posesses, creates or distributes computer files knowing theere is certain materials"... etc, so I think the person would face charges if I were the prosecutor.

Yes, a couple of kids here in Kentucky did that as a joke and were caught and charged with that exact crime.
