Everytime i try to get on my ITunes the license agreement comes up and dissapears so i cant read it, tips?

does anyone know how to stop this or something i did wrong?

Quick Times as become a real pain in the *** with all of their latest versions, including ITunes. I need Quick Time for Xrays and other medical data. Because of their problems with their new versions I had to go back and install a much older version of Quick Times that does not cause problems that appear to be impossible to fix. And no help from Apple.
