Yes., you misheard a bit.
Catholics believe in the assumption of the body (not resurrection) of the Blessed Virgin Mary into heaven after her death.
John 19:26-27 states:
When Jesus saw his mother and the disciple there whom he loved, he said to his mother, "Woman, behold, your son." Then he said to the disciple, "Behold, your mother." And from that hour the disciple (John) took her into his home.
The minutes of the Ecumenical Council of Ephesus in 431 C.E. indicate that four or six years after the death and resurrection of Jesus, John and the Virgin Mary came together to Ephesus, and for a short time stayed in the building, a section of which is now under Church of the Virgin Mary today.
Later John moved the Virgin Mary to a house he had prepared for her on Bulbul Dagi (Bulbul Hill). She lived there until the end of her earthly life.
St. John of Damascus (P. G., I, 96) later wrote:
St. Juvenal, Bishop of Jerusalem, at the Council of Chalcedon (451), made known to the Emperor Marcian and Pulcheria, who wished to possess the body of the Mother of God, that Mary died in the presence of all the Apostles, but that her tomb, when opened, upon the request of St. Thomas, was found empty; wherefrom the Apostles concluded that the body was taken up to heaven.

Yes, Catholics believe that Mary is bodily in heaven. We call it being "assumed" not resurrected, because she was taken to heaven at the hour of her death. That's not the same as dying and having one's soul and body separated and then rejoined and rekindled with eternal life later, which is what a resurrection is.
The oldest accounts of Mary's death note that her body was taken to heaven. And the proof of it is that there is no grave for Mary. We have the bones of Paul, Peter, Stephen the Martyr, and so many others who were Mary's contemporaries, but not hers.
We do not believe that Mary is sinless in the same way as Jesus is sinless. Jesus is sinless because He is God, He is Divine. Mary is sinless because Jesus saved her from her sins. Only she got that full measure of grace at the beginning of her life (her conception), instead of at the end of it like the rest of us do. That's because she was chosen to be the mother of our Lord, so she needed that fullness of grace. Imagine if she had not been completely wiped free from all sin, how prideful or selfish or stubborn or boastful or lazy she might have been with the Lord as her son!
Also, we do not believe that Mary sits in judgment of anyone. That part you must have misheard.

Catholics believe in the Assumption of Mary into heaven. This means she went to heaven with her body and her soul. She did not resurrect the way Jesus did because Jesus rose from the dead out of His own power as God. Mary rose to heaven not of her own power but because God's power allowed her to be assumed into heaven body and soul. She doesn't judge the living and the dead. God is the judge. Mary helps people go to heaven.

No, we do not believe that Mary was resurrected. We believed she was sinless, died a natural death, and that her body was taken to heaven. She does not sit in the judgement seat with Jesus; only He is our judge.

I think you are referring to the Glorious Mystery known as "the Assumption" of Mary into Heaven.
The Assumption of Mary, contrary to what others may think, is indeed Biblical:
Gen. 5:24, Heb. 11:5 - Enoch was bodily assumed into heaven without dying. Would God do any less for Mary the Ark of the New Covenant?
2 Kings 2:11-12; 1 Mac 2:58 - Elijah was assumed into heaven in fiery chariot. Jesus would not do any less for His Blessed Mother.
Psalm 132:8 - Arise, O Lord, and go to thy resting place, thou and the Ark (Mary) of thy might. Both Jesus and Mary were taken up to their eternal resting place in heaven.
2 Cor. 12:2 - Paul speaks of a man in Christ who was caught up to the third heaven. Mary was also brought up into heaven by God.
Matt. 27:52-53 - when Jesus died and rose, the bodies of the saints were raised. Nothing in Scripture precludes Mary's assumption into heaven.
1 Thess. 4:17 - we shall be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air and so we shall always be with the Lord.
Rev. 12:1 - we see Mary, the "woman," clothed with the sun. While in Rev. 6:9 we only see the souls of the martyrs in heaven, in Rev. 12:1 we see Mary, both body and soul.
2 Thess. 2:15 - Paul instructs us to hold fast to oral (not just written) tradition. Apostolic tradition says Mary was assumed into heaven. While claiming the bones of the saints was a common practice during these times (and would have been especially important to obtain Mary's bones as she was the Mother of God), Mary's bones were never claimed. This is because they were not available. Mary was taken up body and soul into heaven.

it is the coaching of the two the eastern Church and the Western Church till the time of the Reformation, that Mary ascended into heaven, as did her son. in basic terms some church homes that got here alongside for the period of the Reformation think of otherwise. Who you going to believe, THE Church that comes with many of the Christians over many of the time, or some rebels interior the previous 4 hundred years? Mary, like each and every of the Saints are in heaven and we are able to ask them to wish with us. we don't pray TO them yet WITH them. We pray to God or sometimes to Jesus. We ask Mary or the Saints to wish with us to God. And this in no longer in basic terms the Roman Catholic Church, yet all the church homes interior the East, and a few, like the Anglican Church interior the West.

yes, we believe that the Blessed Virgin Mary was assumed to Heaven body and soul! We don't know whether she died and was resurrected and then assumed to heaven or whether she was assumed to heaven without having died. It's the dogma of the assumption. The Blessed Virgin Mary is the prototype and mother of the Church, her glorious assumption and coronation serves to confirm Christ's redemptive work.

Kinda...she is not at the right hand of Jesus. Her flesh and blood is not in heaven, the Bible tells us that those cannot enter heaven. She would have a spirit body, like Jesus and the other angels.
Also, she was not sinless...hence her death. The Bible says the wages for sin is death.
