When I play a video I don't get any video only audio,I downloaded a update on Adobe Reader,is this the problem

If you can recommend that you remove Adobe Reader for PDF files, as it is a hugh program around 375MB. an like Nortons very hard to remove.

Doubt that not receiving a video and only sound with have anything to do with Adobe Reader, as it is only a PDF, reader file. No relationships to video or sound. (Try to watch a different video, and see what happens. Perhaps your "video card", in your pc is the problem. Or the driver.

Foxitreader is free and is less then 2MB. Will do the same job as Adobe Reader for PDF files. I use this software myself. Plus it is free.
