Tell them you have a full time job and can fully support yourself and will finish school thru night school.

The problem is that whether you are 7 or 17, you have the same rights... none.
Your friend's parents would have to file in court to become your guardian.
Try getting some foam earplugs from the hardware store to shut out the noise.

T ell them you have something to say and ask them to sit down. Then explain how their behavior is affecting you and ask that they go to family counseling. You cannot move out at your age unless their behavior is at the level that CPS will take you out of their home and put you in foster care--not a good option.

At the current moment your not allowed to move out, so its tough luck, but you could possibly discuss your feeling with your parents this might resolve the arguing

Moving out is not the best solution. Work things out with your family, you're only 13. Got to family counseling. You won't regret it.

Have you approached your parents and asked them to please LISTEN to you? You can try it before anything else.

Tell them how you feel -- for instance, "i feel very uncomfortable and scared when you fight all the time", "i feel there are better ways to communicate", "it hurts me to live with this fighting".

You will be giving them food for thought and hopefully they will take a look at how stupid and rediculous their fighting is..

If all else fails, tell them you are planning to move out because of your feelings about your living situation.

take care hon.. i am glad you have somewhere else to go.

You got to have a place to go to first. Do you?
