I have photoshop 7 and image ready. I want to learn how to create my own animation story starting from scratch, drawing characters, making scenes and objects, everything. Are there any web sites that have video tutorials, or where do i start? I want them to have a cartoon style, but some what realistic.

Photoshop doesn't do animation - you got the wrong program. Photoshop does image manipulation and colour correction.

You need Bryce 3D, and possibly a RAM upgrade to your computer since what your talking about will require a LOT of processing power to render.

You answered your own question... exactly.... what WOULD be the point? I think you may have only skimmed over the agreement and not realized that where it says something like that it pertains to specific situations that you can't use what you create commercially. For example, according to the Adobe Photoshop CS5 Software License Agreement, you can't use what you create for commercial use if you created it using a non-serialized (trial) version or if you obtained an unauthorized license (ie, using pirated software). So unless you're using a trial version or stealing the software, you have nothing to worry about.
