I travel a lot with my husband for his job and we are pros at packing :)
We take only the small umbrella type stroller and we only take diapers and wipes for the drive/travel day, we then buy small packs to use where we are and then usually we have used them up by the time we are ready to leave. If we are staying somewhere with a washer, we only bring 1 set of clothes per day, knowing we can wash things and we pack our outfits (and our daughter's clothes) to match with 1 pair of shoes. I also got a purse (www.butlerbag.com) that doubles as a purse and diaper bag - it's the best thing I have found. You can keep cups, toys, a few diapers and wipes, plus all of your stuff as well. My suggestion is always take what you MUST and buy what you can wherever you are going :)
Good Luck,
Lisa Smith

Sounds about right.... We went on vacation and stayed at a resort.. We have a full-size car and two toddlers... We packed a suitcase for each of us.. A double stroller and foldup highchair/pack n play.. We also brought with us a sleeve of diapers for the week as well as a fully-stocked diaper bag ! I DO recommend getting some Travel-size space bags it made a HUGE difference in how much luggage we could put in the suitcases.. The air just gets sqeezed out.... Good luck

truthfully you would be packing extra effective than extensive-unfold.because of the fact which you're packing for 2. yet to make it a sprint much less complicated, you could take one bottle and a container with measured out formulation and one sippy on your toddler. Then as for the diapers %. six of each and every.then you definitely can %. a changeing or 2 for each newborn. As for the meds, all you desire is infants tylenol and toddlers tylenol (certainly one of each and every) and any meds that your pediatrician perscribed.do no longer forget the bibs and burp cloths. Have on your vehical some books and toys to maintain your newborn(infants) occupied.

Sounds like you need everything you packed. You could probably go without the diaper bag. Put the contents of that in the backpack.

It is a lot of gear. But if you're staying with family and can expect to use their washer/dryer, you can probably dump half the clothes. It will mean that you repeat outfits, but I'd rather wash and wear the same things than carry all that stuff!
If you're in a hotel, or don't think you'll be able to wash, though ... better safe than shopping for extra socks on Christmas Eve. :)

Babies and toddlers definitely come with a lot more luggage when traveling, this is normal :) In a few years he'll need less on long trips...

Sounds about normal to me. As he gets older you will get to bring less.
