This sounds very serious. She could have a torn intestine which is possibly obstructed. Please call your vet.

Sweetie, i would call the vet asap before it gets any worse! Im sure she will be okay if you seek help asap! My friend's dog had this 2 and they had to take her to the ER! it is probably food poisoning! Good luck! xx

And you haven't called the vet yet because.... why?

If YOU were bleeding from your butt and throwing up, would you call the doctor? Why is it any different for your dog?

Get it to a vet fast these are not normal signs and it could be any thing parvo ect we have no way of helping your dog only a vet can so PLEASE don't wait any longer get it some help now

Definately call a Vet! She sounds like she has something wrong with her stomach, she might have swallowed a chicken bone or something poisonous.

Take her to the vet IMMEDIATELY! She may have swallowed something or might have an infection that causes the bleeding
