ok i was watching this video and i noticed it was made using powerpoint, does anyone know how to do that?

PowerPoint is a Micro$oft product.
It is included in most Micro$oft Word or Micro$oft Suites.
There is a powerpoint viewer available for free but it does nothing to create a powerpoint show.

In power point go to Insert --> Movies and Sounds --> Movie from a file (locate the file on your system) and click open
when done press F5 or Slide Show --> View Show
