Get them neutered/spayed & find good homes for them. Get the cats who produce these kittens neutered/spayed.

If people would be responsible pet owners & have ALL of their pets spayed/neutered, there woudn't be any unwanted cats, kittens, dogs or puppies.

Try first to find them good homes - you can try posting on Craigslist.org or take out an ad in the local paper. make sure you meet the people first and make sure they're decent and will give them good homes. Also ask around - ask people who have pets if they can spread the word. they'll have friends who are animal lovers who have friends, etc, and you never know.
If that doesn't work, there are lots of no kill organizations out there who can help. Go to Petfinder.com and do a search for cats in your area - click on the links to see who the organization is that is posting them and then call them. Make sure they are no kill! many of the local pounds/shelters put animals to sleep if they don't get adopted in a certain amount of time. DO NOT give your cats/kittens to these kill shelters.
