My boyfriend and I have been together 13 months. He's amazing. I love everything about him including his family!
Anyways we have a great relationship and hes telling me how i'll be the furture "mrs. *his-last-name*" all the time and saying "when your my wife..." Also stuff about where I'll be putting my stuff at his place.
I found out last night he has it all planned out and plans on asking in the spring.
I can wait, but i'm so excited! I don't want to go over board and talk about what I want for our wedding till he asks. How can I chill out before actually being asked?!? I do not want to scare him away but hes so open about telling me!
Is it wrong to actually start looking at stuff online, ex. theknot.com and finding stuff? I'm just so excited I need to relax! Any tips?

Is he under the age of twenty? If so, you both should chill. It's a bit much to keep talking about what you're going to do at some future date. Like enough already! If you're truly compatible, just keep your eye on that factor. The when, the what, the how, doesn't matter! Keep your eye on the basics! He's got to be the right one for sure, so settle down. This is for the rest of your life, hopefully. And if you have kids, it starts to get really complicated, unless he is the Mr. Right! You can't live in the past and you can't live in the future. You can only live, here and now. Adjust your perspective and quiet down this over-anticipation. Yes, life with the right person is fantastic, but enjoy every moment you've got right now as they will never come again or be repeated!

I think it's not good to make promises you can't keep, i know it would hurt if he said "if you're my wife" instead of when, but idk. i don't make promises because i don't know where we'll be tomorrow or the next day, but i'm young i guess. i just know that it hurts a lot if you break up after you thought you'd be together forever. but good for you... how did you find that out? I wouldn't want to know before hand, I would want it to be a surprise cause it makes it that much more special.

Girl, I know you are feeling the excitement....but even single people look at wedding stuff, so if you wanna look, then look. :)

why not tell him you know and see what happens ---- then you can both plan it --- spring is a long way away (even in the northern hemisphere) ---- best wishes
