Black will heat up faster when placed under a light source because it absorbs all of the visible spectrum of light. Therefore all of that energy is absorbed and heats the object. The funny thing is that when it comes to dissipating the heat, black will emit the heat energy the quickest. This is what is called black body radiation (though black paper is not a true black body) and is used in spacecraft design alot.

Attract is the wrong word, does not reflect is the correct word. Since it does not reflect, it can get hotter quicker, but the time difference is very small. Schools experiment with water in a square can painted 4 different colours.

nothing really attracts heat. Things either gain heat or lose heat and there are only three ways for heat to be transfered: convection, conduction, or radiation. Ask yourself what is different between different colors of paper?

Because it reflects least visible light (it's why it's black!) The incident light is converted into heat.
