... Nice question!

Actually, Pagans celebrate the winter solstice. It's the longest night of the year and usually celebrated Dec. 21st.

Rome did try and incorporate pagan traditions into Christianity. Such as Christmas, praying to mother Mary, statues, etc.

As a Christian, I celebrate Christmas because it is the season of miracles. Although Jesus was born in the fall (probably September-ish) million and millions celebrate His birth on Dec. 25th.

You will not find in the Holy Bible (anywhere) are we commanded to celebrate His birth...however, If there are millions and millions celebrating Jesus...I have a difficult time believing it is an all pagan holiday.

Jesus saves, forgives and LIVES!!!

Loved the way you asked.
Well, yes, it is okay to celebrate Christmas, although it was based off a Pagan holiday. Really, it depends on how you decide to celebrate it.

I think the question would be, Is it ok to celebrate Yule/Winter Solstice even if I'm not a Pagan?
And the answer would be yes.

Anyone can celebrate Christmas. The holiday was originally intended to celebrate the day Our Savior was born, but even if you don't believe that, you don't have to if you want to celebrate peace on Earth and good will toward men.
Merry Christmas!

Any time that you can find to celebrate love for humanity is a good time.

One does not need Yule logs, solstices, dates on calendars, or ironic references to ancient practices to be the best person you were created to be.

Love makes every day a Holy Day.

I'm not into religion but I enjoy the holidays. It seems as though I can feel the love in the air during holiday time more than ever. I wish that that same love could be present everyday. I worship in Spirit and Truth. I can't imagine being part of a religion that tells me that I can't enjoy the holiday season.

Celebrate Christmas however you want, and worship whoever you want. We Pagans are not stingy, we've had to learn how to share.

Yes, celebrate it however you want. Pagans don't have a problem with sharing.

I don't celebrate Christmas because I don't believe in religion or that mindless crap in general.
