It's a sauteed dish with ground beef and potatoes and other stuff but I don't know how to make it. What's the recipe? I can't find it anywhere!

Minchee is a Minced Pork Portuguese-Asian fusion cooking, Macau's best.

Minchee
------------
1 tablespoon butter or bacon fat
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
2 pounds pork, finely chopped
1 pound of potatoes peel and chopped
10 ounce of water or consomme (equivalent to 1 can)
1/2 pound smoked sausage
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt
Black pepper
1 malagueta pepper (chili), chopped (optional)

saute onion in butter or bacon fat until softened. Add tomatoes and stir over medium heat until thickened. Add the pork and the sausage, after removing the casing. Mix well, breaking the sausage into small pieces. Add the water or consomme and the potatoes. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the meat and potatoes are done. Stir in lemon juice and malagueta pepper, salt and black pepper to taste. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Transfer to serving bowl.

You could replace the pork with beef

When I am in a hurry I make "Macho Minchee"
Cook meat and onions, then add soya sauce. You want colour, add ketchup; you want spicy, add BBQ sauce. Finito!
