Why does a man state that he really wants to get with a person? Then when the person reciprocates, the person who "gushed" all over themselves, "acts" as though he has no clue. This has not been done "once" but multiple times. When he appears, he is all "happy" to see me. He even pretended he didn't say that he cared for me, to all of those people. What is going on here. The way that he acted, it almost sounded like an advertisement. He "kissed me" on the cheek at a "party" and no alcohol was served there. He "hugged me" in the aisle at church. This is very strange behavior.

He is playing games. Honey, we need men, not boys. Let him play by his self. You can't waste time on guys who act scared to show feelings.

The things that you discribed him doing to you are very intimate. I fact some one could say they where just friendly actions. I have alot of boy friends (friends that happen to be boys) They kiss me on my cheek, say they love me, and do various things that may seem intimate, but I always know what they mean by it.
If you're infact having intimate feelings for him then I would suggest that you just tell him. There is nothing wrong with that.

This is a classic case of a man ashamed to show his love in public. No one can tell you wether he cares for you over the computer. You have to deduce this for your self.

That does sound strange. Maybe you should pull him to the side one day and ask him about his behavior. You'll know from his response what you need to do with him.

This man is flaky. It sounds to me as he only wants a girlfriend for show and not for commitment: He is afraid of commitment. LEAVE NOW. This is a jerk who is not to be trusted.
