Is definition of good wine very subjective? I know their is minimal standard. But what about beyond that?

yes it is a 100% subjective thing. what I like and what you like could very well be totally different things. Working in the wine industry in Napa Valley, I have tasted a lot of wines that are considered 90+ points by Wine Spectator Magazine, the bible for wine ratings, that I have thought were just plain garbage.

good wine is one that you love and drink over and over.

In my opinion, based on decades of buying and drinking wine, I can guarantee that the term "good wine" is wholly subjectve and rests entirely in the palate of the individual. I have tasted recommended "good wines" that were garbage.
