Guys (or girls): What do you think of this hairstyle?

I've got long, about 6 inches past the shoulder hair. I'm getting kinda sick of it tho so I'm thinking about getting it cut like this. Do you think it's pretty?

I love it! I say, if you love the hair style, it doesn't matter if someone else loves it, it matters only if you like it.. :) but in my opinion, it's a very beautiful style!

It is really pretty. I like it. You definitely should try. You're lucky if you could pull that off (most people's hair can't do what Cameron Diaz's hair did in that picture).
