I recently got glasses and was wondering if i should wear them all the time or when i cant see something. Right now, i just use it to see the board at school, but other than that i dont really wear them. Is this bad?

It is best to wear them all the time. I use them for seeing the board but i had trouble seeing clearly for other things so I started wearing mine all the time, I now see how much they help.

Well, what did your optometrist tell you to do? We cannot advise you without knowing the prescription. If you can cope without them, my guess is that you DON'T need to wear them all the time. You cannot harm your eyes by failing to wear glasses. But you will miss out on things, so wear them when you need to, in order to see things properly.

No, I guess if you don't need them other than to see the board, theres no need in wearing them full-time unless you want to.

If you just got them then only wear them when u need them. Otherwise ur eyes will become more dependent on them and it will become harder and harder to see without them

Anytime you want to see without straining your eyes and getting an eventual headache. They are there to help you but if you avoid them they will not be doing you any good.
