if someone's has to pay $6200.00 to get out of jail, then what percentage would a bail bondsman pay?

The bail bondsman would CHARGE 10% or $620. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE fee for their service. They would post the FULL bond with the court.

You pay 10% and the bondsman pays the rest. If you don't show up for court, the court keeps the money until the bondsman sends out a bounty hunter and brings you back.
