Dearest Sister,
We are told that the Poor man was taken to Abraham's Bosom and was separated from the Rich man. He wanted to be allowed to return and warn his brothers but was told they would have to find their own way. We must all find that way and study from the Bible as we are able. I believe that each of us are to reach and teach others as we are able according to Jesus Christ (Matthew 20:18-20). Have a wonderful week!
Thanks,
Eds
EDIT:
Crusader,
There is still time for you to be able to do so. If YOU make a choice and work to achieve that place in Heaven. CHRIST will Judge at the appropriate time!

Christian believers who have repented and changed we believe go immediately to Jesus Christ in Heaven. Otherwise believers and non believers alike appear before Jesus Christ in the White Throne Judgment after the millennium and are subject to the "second death". God opens the book of life and if their name is there, eternal life with Him and Jesus Christ His Son who will judge both the living and the dead.
A person who both, rejects God Almighty and Jesus Christ and also does not repent of what is considered un Godly acts or way of life a Christian believes that person shall suffer eternal separation from God and Jesus Christ.

The bible teaches us that
When we die, believers go straight to the Lord.
II Corinthians 5:6-8
Others, are like the rich man in the story of Lazarus, they are on the other side of the gulf that they cannot cross, but can see those with the Lord.
Luke 16:20-31
These are waiting until after the millenium for the final judgement of God the Father.

The answer is clearly stated in the Bible at Eccl. 9:5,10. That scripture tells us that the dead are conscious of nothing and that there is no work, knowledge or wisdom in Sheol (the common grave). Therefore, when we die (whether or not we are believers), we are simply dead. No conscious thought is left. We are not tormented in hell nor do we float around in heaven. The Bible does promise a resurrection for those in the grave, but this resurrection is going to be on a cleansed Earth where righteous ones will have the opportunity to live forever in a perfect paradise as God originally promised.

We only have one life and it is short. A question like this can be difficult to answer, it all depends on the circumstances. If a gun was put to my head and will be put to others as well I would lie to preserve my life and possibly save the lives of others. I would have more chance of doing this if I was alive. Even if it was just my life I think I would lie. Sometimes lies are needed to be told in certain situations. You are onviously a biased christian and you cannot think out of the box, this is ok but you are wrong. Evolution is a proven fact. Your mind is shut to the reality of the world you live - evident of religious manipulation and now you are a puppet of your leaders. This is very sad but you have made this choice so be it.

The Bible tells us that there is not only life after death, but eternal life so glorious that “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him” (1 Corinthians 2:9). Jesus Christ, God in the flesh, came to the earth to give us this gift of eternal life. “He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed” (Isaiah 53:5).
Hell is described as a bottomless pit (Luke 8:31, Revelation 9:1), and a lake of fire, burning with sulfur, where the inhabitants will be tormented day and night forever and ever (Revelation 20:10). In hell, there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth, indicating intense grief and anger (Matthew 13:42). It is a place “where the worm never dies and the fire never goes out” (Mark 9:48). God takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but desires them to turn from their wicked ways so that they can live (Ezekiel 33:11). But He will not force us into submission; if we choose to reject Him, He has little choice but to give us what we want – to live apart from Him.

I would say that those who knowingly deny Jesus risk Hell, but I pray for God's mercy, as He is the only Judge.
God bless.

Many people think that whatever they choose to believe in or not MUST be so. I think that's untrue, I'm not so arrogant as to think that whatever I personally believe HAS to be the only truth. We'll all find out after we die, that much IS certain.

Christians go to purgatory to cleanse their souls and then to heaven
Revelation 21:27Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb's book of life.
And non believers will be judged according to their sins and works
