Just curious about what you believe and practice. Figured I would go to the source rather than rely on rumors.

ONLY SCIENTOLOGISTS RESPOND PLEASE. Iam not interested in commentary by people who support or oppose them . I simply want to know how they see themselves and why.

I CAN look it up and I WILL look it up but I wanted to hear from Scientologists who may be able to better explain it. I like explaining MY religion so why not allow other the same opportunity. It is a sad day when an honest non-hostile question recieves a hostile response.

If you look thru the previously asked scientology questions you will see some nice long answers by full-fledged scientologists.

Im an ex-scientologist. I spent a couple of years hanging around their center and taking a couple of the cheaper courses. Personal Communications, and Better Studying. Great stuff. I use it all the time.

What I saw of the church side was that they believe in God and it seems to stop there. They are non-denominational. Anyone can come to the Sunday services. Mostly well wishing of people in natural disasters, asking for canned food for them, used clothing, and people to join the disaster teams. So instead of asking God for help, they are into courses to empower yourself to a better life.

As far as the wild stuff people post here I never saw or heard any of that. Apparently the answer is that what they say here is all "secret stuff known only at the top". So 99% of scientologists dont know it, and the other 1% deny that its their beliefs. :)
