Depending on how you want it cooked... I like to put it in a foil pack with lemon and olive oil and cook it on the grill for about 4 minutes the flip the pack and cook for 4 minutes more. If it's the big stalks you have to cook it for a few minutes longer each side. Then take it out and sprinkle with a bit of sea salt. I've also cooked it this way in an oven at 350degrees for about 15-20minutes make sure all stalks are tossed with olive oil and lemon juice. These are two easy but tasty ways of cooking it. I don't like to boil it, it looses flavor that way and soaks up water.

Cheesy Asparagus soup only has a few ingredients and takes about 25 minutes to make. Enjoy!

no count in case you steam it or boil it is as much as you, although once you steam the asparagus keeps extra of it is foodstuff and to me seems a splash extra elementary to administration the cooking technique. in case you do boil it I recommend in basic terms doing the two minutes because it is going to proceed to cook dinner as quickly because it is taken out of the water and through the time it makes it to the table could (if stored heat) be approximately appropriate. You do % asparagus to be slightly crunchy believe me soggy in basic terms isn't good. You spent the money for sparkling asparagus you're able to coach it in a manner that brings out it is style.

This recipe is fairly easy and elegant, but you have to serve it immediately. It's called Asparagi me Avgolemono (Asparagus With Lemon Sauce)

I like to lightly steam them and make hollandaise to go over it. My hubby on the other hand, grills or sautes it with sesame oil and garlic. We love asparagus any of these ways.

Steamed asparagus with Hollandaise sauce. (Or butter and lemon as another poster suggested!)
