And that actually work. I have died my hair brown several time now with the store bought dyes, had it once died professionally permanent black but over a year ago. And I don't mean to actually bleach it, I mean products that help remove old dyes and virtually lighten your hair. Thank you.

There Are SEVERAL Products For Removing Haircolor, Depending On The Type And Number Of Times And Depth (Darkness) Of The Color. With What You Described I Would Use RUSK® id™ Elimin8. Which Works By Uncoupling The Dye Molecules So They Revert Back To Small Colorless Molecules That Wash Out Of The Hair. Unless The Hair Is Damaged Already It Won't Damage The Hair. There Is Also Jheri Redding's ONE N' ONLY Which Does The Same Thing. You Could Also Try CLAIROL® Uncolor™ Powder Or L'OREAL® Effasol™ Or Effasor. For Drugstore Brands: Try COLOR Oops!™ Or L'OREAL® Haircolor Remover Kit

But Remember, The Haircolor(s) You Used May Have Already Changed Your Natural Color So Removing Them May NOT Bring Back The Original Color. This Is Especially True If You Use The Uncolor, Effasol/Effasor Or Haircolor Remover Kit. Be Prepared To Recolor To Your Natural Shade.
