because of the color she wants chances are it will. i highly recommend going to the salon. it will either turn a hint of blue or green, barely there but still noticeable. same thing happened to my friend. She had to fix it professionally.

How did you get a blue coloration out of browns? in simple terms shop shampooing it and it will fade. in any different case blue is a cool hair coloration and that i'm thinking of dyeing mine blue while i circulate to a Cowboys game in September.

No I have done it !! the only way it will turn green is if she Just beached it with in a week and then goes in chlorine but turning it darker will not harm it believe me I have been dyeing hair for 12 years ! I was blond 2 weeks ago now I'm reddish brown now dint listen to the other people they don't know.....

Don't do it. She could really damage her hair.
By the time she buys the cheap stuff, damages her hair and then has to go to a salon, it costs more.
Find a smaller local salon. Ask for a discount to come in a slow day.
