I am not but I think the best thing to do with a paper cut is to have it framed, they are very delicate and crafted with great skill, so, if I were you go get it mounted and framed and hang it up in your house

I'm not chinese but i can tell you that those paper cuts can either be glued to windows, walls or framed with cardboard. Some people even have them laminated but that makes them look tacky and cheap.

What kind of paper cuts you referring too? Actually you paste it wherever you deem fits and nice to look at as those are mostly decorative stuff that makes your house looks nicer and/or have the festive feels.

Yes I am. Depending on the design, you can frame them as a picture or paste onto walls or doors as decorations. But if the cuttings are intricate, I rather you frame them up for display.

No, I am American.
I keep my paper cuts in a book.
For me, they are too valuable to glue to a window.

traditionally, they are glued to windows during Chinese New Year. since i personally think they are very precious, I would just frame it in photo frame or keep them in a binder and look at them from time to time like we do photos.
