I have sea salts from all over the world and each one has a unique taste. After trying sea salts I no longer use table salt,it has a very bitter taste and it contains iodine. If you do a taste test side by side you will wonder why you ever used table salt to begin with.I would say sea salt must be better for you because it is all natural.I will take my chances with the purity of the ocean that the sea salt came from,as opposed to someone scraping the table salt off the floor of some factory.

I think that sea salt tastes a lot better, it has a better flavor to it. Let me put it to you this way, have you ever been to a sit down restaurant and ordered a baked potato? Have you ever noticed the salt that they put on the outside of the baked potato that is so yummy. Well that is sea salt.

Salt is salt. Sea salt generally contains a few other trace minerals vs. mined salt. Whether or not you can taste a difference is debatable. Most of the difference is usually in the size of the salt grain - courser vs. finer.
