Dear Friend,

Prayer is about "obedience." God is omniscient (He is all knowing); omnipresent (He is everywhere); and omnipotent (He is all powerful).

God examines our heart... and knows, what the intentions of our heart is when we offer up our petitions to Him.

When we pray to an all "knowing" God it is out of obedience because we are told to "pray without ceasing." If we can be responsible for little things, like praying; God will allow us to be responsible for bigger things. Does that make sense?

1 Thessalonians 2:13 For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.

1 Thessalonians 5:17 Pray without ceasing.

Sincerely in Christ Jesus,

lostnsavd...

No one is smarter than God. When I pray to God-I always add-Thy will be done. Sometimes I'm not supposed to have whatever it is I'm praying for. It is, after all, up to God.
