hmmm, I believe all mine are smoked salmon, tofu w/sugar peas or green beans, ruby red grapefruit, marinated cabbage in hot sauce, pickles, lemon water, apple sauce w/no sugar added--esp. w/blueberry or raspberry, salad, chicken soup w/veggies [no noodles--only veggies w/chicken and broth,onion] and a good spinach recipe. Like fresh sauteed w/a little garlic and a little bit of green olives for taste. Oh--and roasted red peppers in garlic! for a sweet snack, crystalized ginger :-)

Those all sound delicious!

I really like anything with garlic.

The one dessert snack thing I love the most though that has only 10 calories is sugar free Jello with non fat whipped cream.

i'de have to say, that i'de prefer subways, to any fastfood outlets, because you get to choose your own topings, & flavours, it's very tasty, & most of all it's healthy for you.

yogurt,turkey,oatmeal,egg-whites,fresh fruit is always good.
