My sister is so mean?

My sister is emotionally and physically abusive to her children, although it seems to be worse with her 15 year old daughter. From as little as 2 years old, i remember my sister calling her a little ***** among other things when she is frustrated with her. For years my sister let her boyfriend to the same thing to her. . Social services has been called many times by the school, myself, my mother, even my sister's friend. Social services sends the cops over and nothing happens after that.

My niece is now 5 months pregnant, she told me she though if she got pregnant her mom would let her move, only as you can imagine it's only made things worse, now she's a *****, a slut, a whore, someone who only thinks about herself etc. 3 days ago my niece asked her what she was doing, my sister told her to mind her own ******* business and hauled off and smacked her. She only hit her hand, but only because my niece shielded herself. . .I don't know what to do.

It sounds like she would be better off any where but there..

even in foster care..
If u don't want to take her in.
. then u need to report this.. it is abuse.. and she is not wanted where she is.. and she could really get hurt or the baby could..

u can make a anonymous call to social services..
and why isn't she in school? call the school they have counselors that can help..

do something u are as guilty as the sister if u no and do nothing////

Well,if your niece is still under 18,you can file a petition for custody.If she is over 18,she can move out on her own.If you dont want to file for custody,you can file to have her emancipated.Other than that,it sounds like there is not much you can do since social services isnt helping.Ask your niece what she would like to see done,and that will give you some idea of what direction you can go in.
