I really didn't think he had leadership qualities.
First of all, he was going to the land of
milk and honey and he didn't have a map.
This is so obvious,
they wandered in the desert for 40 years!!!!!
Now, I do have to give him a
thumbs up on networking.
He had his brother Aaron do the
speaking to the people,
apparently spoke several other languages
besides Hebrew and Yiddish.
And although he supposedly did
all these good works, he didn't get to
enter the land of milk and honey
all because he through the temper tantrum to beat all.
This is just what I get while reading
all the fun goodies from the Judeo-Christus folks.
But remember, don't get all upset over this,
for this is just my opinion on this bit on Moses.

Moses was a homicidal maniac who heard voices in his head which told him stories which he used to coalesce a group of nomads in to a nation of genocidal maniacs.
This group of nomads also produced some of the greatest minds humanity has ever known.
Moses; Genius or Madman. I'm working on a script, starting now. lol
P.S. Yiddish was an invention of the Jews in Europe.

The best definition of "leadership" I've heard calls it "the ability to convince others to follow you when they are under no obligation to do so".
I think Moses had that quality.

Get someone else to speak for you, if possible, to allow for plausible deniability (Aaron spoke for Moses.)
Iconoclast (Smashed the first printing of the 10 cs, over an alter to the Cow God)
Cold Hearted (Fled after slaying the Egyptian)

Indifference to suffering.
Ruthlessness.
Super magic powers.
Of course, even if there were a real Moses, he probably wasn't anything like the stories.

he worked alongside the jews when building all those monuments
he suffered as a captured slave
he cheated on Zephora and took an African wife which is why his brother and sister were so ticked off at him.
