why are so many ppl in the big CHRISTIAN RELIGIONS so against each other? they don't agree with each other at all,fight and each claims they are better! the same goes for Muslims - Shiite VS Kurds and Sunies -every one seems to think they are better then the other -Jews are told to be the chosen ones but have no Jesus and fight along others in a vey un -humanitarian way of extermination - BUT YET ,IT IS THE SAME GOD FOR ALL OF YOU!!! ! in the grand scheme of things is this not extremely SELFISH????????? should you all not unite? what makes your religious branch more plausible and better then the other?

It's very funny,,My Brother a devote Christan fundie,,, would lock the door and hide if a JW showed up on his doorstep,,or go out and tell them why they we're all headed to Hell for their false teachings,,and the Jews..forget it,,sad but true,,

Speaking as one of JWs, we expect to be turned down or away by most people. As John 3:19-21 shows most prefer the darkness and do not want the light of truth. They "accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled." (2Timothy 4:3) Jesus told us we would be persecuted because he was also. (John 15:20)
It is only for the few with the proper heart condition, that truly wants a world closer to the true God that we keep searching. We will until God tells us to stop and some day soon it will happen.
Like Noah preaching for 120 years and then he stopped to get into the ark. Sorry Charlie! I hear you knocking but you can't come in.
As for the rest, it is truly as the Bible says in John 13:35, "By this you will know you are my disciples, that you have love among yourselves." Only JWs all over the world have this love and unity. (1Cor. 1:10) We take no part in the nations wars. We don't harm our brothers. No matter where you go on the planet, any Kingdom Hall teaches the same way and the same thing. At our large conventions, there is no need for a Police presence. They have little to do. People of different races have no problem there.
The same can not be said of any other religion claiming to be Christian. They had a Baptist convention not long ago and a riot broke out. Looked like a hockey game on TV.

My grandmother's pastor tried to stop her from going around visiting all these different churches. She got real sad and said, "But preacher, do they love my Jesus?" And he said, 'Well, I'm sure they do." Then she brightened up and said, "Then they are okay by me!" So in a smaller way, she was saying something similar. She only had a 3rd grade education, but she was a smart lady who loved everybody, Christian or not.

People get so caught up in the minor details of their religion that they forget about the big, important stuff. It's unfortunate. I've noticed people who don't practice a religion do this too - arguing about strong/weak/atheism/agnosticism, etc. I think it's just human nature.
