It means if you were paying attention to what was going on then you would be confused just like the rest of us.

That quote would imply that the situation being addressed
is more complicated than anyone could easily understand.
An example situation follows:
An innocent person is under oath, and is being asked to answer the following question with the words "Yes" or "No" being the only acceptable answer.
"Do you still beat your spouse?"
No matter which answer was given, it would imply that person
was guilty of this in the past. Thus if someone was innocent, and had quickly answered,
"Yes" or "No", and did not appear confused, then the original quote would apply.
I'm also guessing the word "your" in the original quote was really meant to be spelled you're.

Just think over it sweet!
When you set out to learn something new,u get confused first and when u step back from it ,then you wont be able to know it.On the other hand ,if u let tat confusion to arise and if u sincerely strive to find answers to it u r sure to learn something new (about something tat is happening or has happened).U get it?

It means that you are missing the main issue which is complex. If you think there is an easy answer without complications then you have not understood the problem you are facing.
